Christmas Day Format for the day:
We open at 12 o clock and are open to the public until 2pm. At that point, we close to non diners we are open for guests until 5 pm.
Lunch will be served between 1 and 3 pm as you require it .
On arrival a complimentary sherry or glass of champagne will be available in the bar
Starters
- Smoked salmon timbale layers of asparagus mousse and smoked salmon mousse topped with smoked salmon , served with brown toast
- Country Pate with Cointreau duck liver pate flavoured with orange and cointreau
- Red pepper and onion soup
Main Courses
Serve yourself from our traditional christmas carvery to a host of goodies with a choice of:
- Peppered roast beef
- Roast pork
- Turkey
- Ham
- Plus Pigs in blankets, roast parsnips and stuffing
Desserts
- Christmas pudding with a Brandy custard
- Profiteroles
- Steamed treacle sponge pudding
- Cheese board
Afterwards, liquer coffees of your choice in the bar
