Manager's Statement
We are very proud of what we produce here.
We try to maintain a standard in our food and our service and our guest rooms but we all miss things sometimes so we welcome your praise and constructive criticism.
All our food is, wherever possible, locally sourced and freshly made just for you. If we are busy please be patient with us as we only have one chef but draw to our attention if we are too slow in our service to you.
Our menu is quite extensive but we do aim to have your food on the table in 30 minutes and would feel we are letting you down if this is not the case. If you are in a hurry, if you have a deadline to meet, ask us and we will tell you which dishes can be served quickly.
Please ask any other member of our dedicated staff to show you one of our guest room information folders that tells you about our building and its history.
